Reservation must be made at least 3 days before the departure date of shipment. |

International Airport Regulation stated that every shipment shall be stored in the airport warehouse 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time. |

Documentation (Invoice / Packing List and Certificate of Origin) needs to be legalized at Indonesian Trade department, before departure date. This documentation will be attached to the shipment. |

Our service are valid to port only. Any handling and custom taxes/duties incurred would be assigned at destination port by the country regulation and therefore excludes from every quotation offered by MERCURY INTERNATIONAL. |

Payment must be arranged before the scheduled departure date or as agreed in between. |

Reservation must be made at least 7 working days before the loading date of 20/40 Footer Container, in order to arrange the empty one from Surabaya Port. |

Surabaya Port is the nearest International harbor from Bali, where lies some reputable vendor of shipping lines. |

Documentation (Invoice / Packing List and Certificate of Origin) needs to be legalized at Indonesian Trade department. After the goods leave from Surabaya Port, this documentation will be sent to consignee. |
